  While commuting on a business trip, I was involved in an accident on the street in an unfamiliar area. The nearest Freeway Collision Center. It's for a 2007 Honda Accord... read more and I was going to take it to a body shop closer to my area but the car was no where in a condition to be driven.

When I got to the body shop, I was greeted by the service manager,, who helped take care of everything....the insurance paperwork, and even making sure I kept up to date on the status of the repair.

Luckily, the car is a Honda Accord and the parts arrived quickly with another 2 days for repair and paint. Great job and great service, highly recommend!

Harry was on it... read more from day one, he actually towed my car to his shop and worked diligently on finding the parts which I know was not easy during a pandemic. He kept me updated constantly on the status of my car which was extremely comforting to me. Harry answered my calls every single time and my texts immediately, that is rare!!! I was involved in a very bad accident; however, Harry and his amazing team made sure my car looked brand new once the team was done with it! I have a Range Rover HSE, and it looks better and drives better now!!! They were also always keeping me updated on everything going on with my car and insurance updates and even saved my carpool stickers to save me the trouble of ordering new ones from the DMV. My car looks so beautiful you would never know I was in such a bad accident it's literally perfect I would never trust anyone else with my car nobody dose work as beautiful as they do.   My car was hit while parked in front of my job by a driver of the business next door. It was a PAIN for me to get the driver to... read more admit fault (even though I had him on video), but I didn't have to worry about who would fix my vehicle. I knew right away I'd be taking it to Arsen over at Freeway Collision Center. I called him and explained to him the damage on my vehicle, he told me to bring it in the next day. They went to work on my car! Although there was a hiccup when I was told initially my car was ready, Arsen corrected the problems and I was beyond happy with the results.
